Terms of Service

You need an account to purchase templates, hold licenses, re-download files you’ve bought, and leave reviews.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account — see Contact below.
• Accounts are for a single person or a single organization's internal use. Don't share login credentials to get around the license limits described in Section 3.

Templates are sold as downloadable source files (HTML, CSS and any accompanying assets), delivered digitally through your account — there is no physical shipment. Prices are shown in USD on the site and at checkout.

Every purchase grants you a license to use the template under the terms set out on our Licensing page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short: buying a template does not transfer ownership or copyright in it to you — you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use it within the scope described there. Copyright in each template remains with its creator.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider integrated with the Service. We do not receive or store your full card details — that information is handled entirely by the payment provider on their secure checkout.

Templates are digital content delivered immediately once your payment is confirmed. By completing a purchase, you expressly ask us to begin delivery right away and acknowledge that, once your download access is granted, you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply under EU consumer law, to the extent permitted by that law.

That said — even though we’re not legally required to — we review refund requests case-by-case within 14 days of purchase, for example if a template turns out to be materially different from how it’s described, or you haven’t downloaded it yet. Get in touchand we’ll do our best to help.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, disable or circumvent any download protection, license check or access control we use to protect template source files.
• Scrape, bulk-download, or use automated tools against the Service outside normal browsing and purchasing.
• Resell, redistribute or share your account, your license, or template source files outside the scope of the license you purchased.
• Use the Service, or any template bought through it, for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose.
• Submit reviews or messages that are false, defamatory, abusive, or that you don't have the right to post.

We may let verified purchasers leave ratings and written reviews. By submitting one, you confirm it reflects your genuine opinion and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and reproduce it on the Service and in our marketing. We may remove or decline to publish reviews or messages that violate Section 6.

We plan to open Template Market to additional independent template creators beyond DGBA Studio. If and when that program launches, a separate Creator Agreement covering revenue share, payouts and content standards will apply to anyone who joins it — it is not active yet, and nothing in these Terms should be read as an offer to sell templates on the Service on your own behalf today.

The Template Market platform itself — its software, design, branding and the selection and arrangement of its catalog — is owned by Crafted Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that to you, beyond your right to use the Service as intended.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms — for example by violating Section 6. Ending the account relationship doesn’t take away licenses you’ve already validly purchased, unless the termination was itself due to fraud or abuse connected to that specific purchase.

The Service and the templates sold through it are provided “as is”, without warranties beyond what’s expressly stated in a template’s listing or required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you’re a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your own country’s law that these Terms cannot override. We’d always rather resolve a disagreement directly — please contact us first. Absent an agreed resolution, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Poland, without prejudice to any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence, or to use any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution scheme available to you under EU or local law.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We’ll update the “last updated” date above, and for material changes we’ll make reasonable efforts to let you know. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
