• Account data: your email address, name (if you give it), and a securely hashed password — we never store your password in plain text.
• Order & license data: your purchase history, license type and amounts paid, so we can give you access to your downloads and honor your license.
• Reviews: the rating, title and text you submit for a template you’ve purchased, linked to your account.
• Contact form: your name, email address, topic and message when you write to us.
• Technical & security data: IP address, browser/device information and request logs, collected automatically by our infrastructure provider for security, fraud prevention and reliability.
• Analytics data: if you opt in, Google Analytics processes pseudonymous information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, device/browser details and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Payment data: collected and processed directly by our payment provider on their own checkout. We don’t receive or store your full card number.

We use strictly necessary cookies required to keep you signed in, plus optional Google Analytics cookies only after you choose to accept all cookies. We store your choice so that we can respect it, and you can change it at any time using "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

• Performance of a contract — creating your account, processing orders, granting licenses, and enabling downloads.
• Legitimate interests — replying to contact messages, keeping the Service secure, preventing fraud and abuse, and improving it.
• Legal obligation — keeping invoicing and accounting records as required by Polish tax law.
• Consent — for optional Google Analytics, when enabled, and for any other processing where we ask for it separately. You can withdraw consent at any time.

• Account data: for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards to resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
• Order and invoice data: in line with Polish accounting and tax record-keeping requirements — generally five years from the end of the relevant tax year.
• Contact form messages: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then deleted or anonymized.
• Download tokens: short-lived by design — they expire automatically and are not kept as a long-term record of file access.

• Cloudflare, our hosting and infrastructure provider — servers, database, file storage, and security/DDoS protection.
• Google, which provides Google Analytics. Google processes analytics data on our behalf after you opt in.
• Our payment provider, for processing checkout — you're redirected to their secure checkout page, and we never see your full card details.
• Resend, which delivers transactional emails and contact-form notifications on our behalf.
• Other service providers who help us run Template Market, if and when we introduce them.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Some of the providers above operate global infrastructure, which means your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”), subject to our legal obligations — for example, we may need to keep order records for tax purposes;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• receive a copy of your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
• lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, “UODO”) or your own country’s supervisory authority if you’re elsewhere in the EU.

Template Market is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in plain text. Template source files are never public — they’re served only through short-lived, signed download links tied to your account and license. All traffic to templatemarket.cc is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

We may update this policy as the Service evolves — for example, when we launch a live payment provider or add analytics. We’ll update the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to let you know.
